9 steps Yang Style Tai Chi

  The 9 steps simplified Yang style Tai Chi forms was created by the Beijing San Feng Tai Chi club exclusively for the beginners and the one who’s willing to experience it. It contains only 9 moves selected from the 108 steps Yang style old form tai chi. The gestures are easy and quick to learn and memorize. Practitioners could have a basic understanding on this profound study that how it can maintain our health and improve the general wellbeing state.


24 steps Simplified Tai Chi

  The 24 steps Yang Style Tai Chi short form - often referred as Beijing 24 Step tai Chi, based on the traditional Yang style tai chi. It is also one of the most popular Tai Chi routine practiced by hundreds of millions of people throughout the world. The short form enables beginners, old and young, to concentrate on, and appreciate, the essential principles of Tai Chi of effortless movement, relaxation and awareness of the mind and body as one.


88 steps traditional internal style Tai Chi Quan

  This form was originally taught within the Yang Family and seldom known to the public. It was so secret that very few practicitoners know more about it. The whole form is divided into six sections and so it is also known as Lao Liu Lu ( old six form). It mainly focus the prctice of one's waist and therefore improve the internal energy level within a short time of exercise. Paticularlly, it has a series of specific methods to practice the waist, the Qi and the mind. It has become more scientific rather than starting from mind work. It not only a valuable form to help one maintain the health and fight illness, but also a good way to obtain internal Qi through meditation.
